How to Raise a Complaint

A flooded living room in a Nashville home being assessed by a restoration provider

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Rollingcooperation Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Rollingcooperation Restoration
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Rollingcooperation Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@rollingcooperation.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
