Rollingcooperation Restoration connects homeowners in Nashville and across the Greater Nashville area with independent water damage restoration providers. If you run a restoration business and want to receive more customer calls, we would like to hear from you.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire technicians, and we do not have open staff positions. We work with established, independent contractors who already serve the area and want to take on more homeowner calls.

Who We Are Looking For

We work with providers who treat homeowners well and do careful, honest work. To join, you should be able to show:

• An established water damage restoration business serving part of the Greater Nashville area
• Any licenses required for your work in Tennessee
• Current general liability insurance
• Technicians trained to IICRC standards, or working toward certification
• Professional extraction and drying equipment, including moisture meters
• A commitment to written estimates before work starts
• Clear, respectful communication with every homeowner

What We Expect

Homeowners who call us are often stressed. We ask every provider in our network to answer calls promptly, explain what they find in plain language and never pressure anyone into a job. Pricing, scheduling and the work itself are always your responsibility as an independent business.

We take homeowner feedback seriously. Providers who do not meet these standards may be removed from the network.

• Your license and insurance information
• The services you offer and your typical response capacity
• How to reach you during business hours

We review every application and will reply by email to discuss next steps, including how calls are routed and any commercial terms.
